Hi there. My name is Gram. Welcome to my garden, where flowers bring smiles, veggies feed the body, and nature restores the soul.
A little bit about me:
My love of gardening began when I was just a young child helping my grandpa in his garden. I can still remember planting Caladium bulbs with him, and the amazement and excitement I felt seeing the beautiful, colorful caladium leaves emerging from the ground. I have gardened most of my life and find that I am still just as fascinated by nature as I was seeing that first caladium rise from the soil in my grandpa’s garden. That fascination, along with a curiosity about nature and a desire to learn all that I could about plants led to a lifetime of gardening.
Recently I decided to take on the challenge, and completed the Master Gardener program in my home state. Now I use the knowledge and experience I gained through the Master Gardener program, as well as my own personal trial and error experiences in the garden to help others explore their interests in home gardening.
